Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and the form on it. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the form, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you add them, your company website, your role and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from. That is all.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one thing: to answer the request you sent us. That might mean writing back with your buyer map or replying to a question. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else to contact you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so we do not track you from page to page or from site to site.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to madeleine.tennyson@energyrevenue.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it. If you would like us to stop contacting you, reply with the word stop and we will.

Changes

If the way we handle your details changes, we will update this page first.
