Energy Revenue

Outbound engineering for established B2B firms

We build the sales channels you never switched on. Then we give them to you.

Energy Revenue designs, builds and runs outreach for companies that grew on referrals and the show calendar. We run it until it brings in buyers. When it does, you own all of it.

Where we start

Every company has a list nobody worked.

A storage cell drawn as a line diagram, charged and never discharged. stored, not delivered

It is the badge scans from the last show. The quote requests that went quiet. The accounts a rep left behind when they moved on. The plants, utilities and contractors you could name from memory and have never written to.

That list is stored energy. You already paid for it, in travel, in booth space, in years of being good at the work. It sits in a spreadsheet and does nothing.

So we start there. Not with a bought database, and not with a bigger list. With the one you already have, and the buyers on it who would take your call if they knew why you were calling.

We do our best work with firms that sell equipment, services and know-how into energy, utilities and heavy industry. The idea holds anywhere a good company has gone quiet on the people it should be talking to.

The wiring

Four ways in. Most companies run one.

There are four ways to reach a buyer who does not know you yet. You can write to them directly. You can publish what you know. You can be referred. You can pay for attention.

Most established firms run on referrals and the trade show season. That is a network, and a good network is worth a lot. It is not a system. When the network goes quiet, so does the pipeline, and nobody can say why.

The other three lines are already there. Nobody closed the switch.

How the job runs

What we actually do

  1. Survey

We read what you run today, what sits idle and who your buyers are, by name and by role.

  2. Design

We choose the channels that fit you and write the plan for each one. Outbound sits at the center.

  3. Build and run

Every message is researched and written for one real person, and one of us reads it before it goes. Anyone who asks us to stop is stopped.

  4. Hand over

When it is producing pipeline, it becomes yours to run.

Around the outbound line

A good message sends people looking.

A buyer who gets a thoughtful note goes and checks you out. We make sure they find something worth reading: a site that answers the questions they actually ask, some press, a little video where it helps.

More of that first round of research now happens inside an AI assistant. When a buyer asks one for a shortlist in your category, we work so your name is on it. That is search, written for people and for the machines they ask.

The handover

When we leave, it stays.

We are not built to sit inside your company forever. We hand over the whole engine: the playbook, the data, the sequences, and people on your side who know how to run it.

Everything we build is measured against a baseline we agree with you before work starts. You will know what changed, and you will own the thing that changed it.
